Your 400cc will matter!!

Last week I went to Sime Darby Medical Centre to do blood donation for Colleen. 

Colleen is the daughter my friend's sister's, friend. Quite complicated huh??

But that is not the thing that I want to inform you guys, 

This poor 2 years old girl is suffering from illness that related with her bone marrow.

I'm not really sure what is the name of the disease.  

                    So she is lack of red blood sells and platelet (which only can be donate by male).

  

When I visited her last week, she look very weak and suffer. 

She also having trauma when the doctor or nurse come near her. 

She will cry and panic when they are around.

I feel sorry for her. She is only two and she need to get through this kind of pain.

Her hands are swollen badly because they keep injecting her with medicine or infusion.

She cannot move or play any more, she spends her days by laying in pain on the bed everyday.

Before I heard about this news at my church, I did not know the blood that I carry inside of me everyday can be so meaningful for her. 

It was the first time I did blood donation

And here in SDMC, it didn't hurt at all because they will give you anesthetic before. 

Blood donation is also good for your health, you can donate every 56 days.

Means you will receive a mini-physical (Pluse, Blood pressure, Body temperature, and Hemoglobin) once every two months.

Just go to Sime Darby Medical Centre Subang Jaya (1 Jalan SS12/1A, Subang Jaya).

Press the lift to 10th floor and look for the blood bank.

Do not forget to mention that you are donating for Colleen. 

If you are not eligible to donate blood due to some reason (one of it is you do not have sufficient iron in your body). Or you are just not dare to get close to the needle. 

Do not worry! You still can help Collen by donating fund. 

We do not care how little or how much you give. 

It's just a different of numbers, but what matters the most is your will to help her.

Selama gw di malaysia ini. Gw tetanam di gereja yang luar biasa, yaitu FGCC.
Dimana gw bisa bertumbuh, melayani Tuhan lebih lagi, dan ketemu sodara-sodara dalam iman yang luar biasa.


Tahun demi tahun, satu persatu dari kita bakal For Good.
Which means pindah dari Malaysia ke tempat lain yang Tuhan utus.
Sedih si, and sometime is kinda hard to let them go.


Tapi yang gw pelajari setelah sekian banyak sahabat-sahabat gw for good adalah berserah dan percaya.
Karena saat kita ikut Yesus, our life won't be the same.
Which means, hidup kita itu bukan tentang apa yang kita mau dan bukan tentang kita.
Tapi tentang apa yang Tuhan mau kita menjadi dan tentang Tuhan.


Yes it's all about HIM.


Karena seperti yang di tuliskan di :

Ephesians 1:11-12 The Message (MSG)

 ^11-12It's in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.


Bahwa Tuhan sudah jauh memikirkan tetang kita sebelum kita memikirkan tentang Dia. 
Dan Tuhan telah merancang rencana hidup kita saat kita masi di kandungan ibu kita.

The Bible says, “You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe.  Every day was recorded in your Book.” Psalm 139:16 (LB).


Because God made us for a reason, he also decided when we would born and how long we will live. He planned the days of your life in advance, same thing applies to our future. 
Dimana kita nantinya untuk study atau pun bekerja, itu udah di sediain sama Tuhan.


Dan Tuhan ga pernah memberi rancangan kecelakaan, Dia selalu nyiapin rancangan yang terindah buat setiap anak-anaknya. Tinggal gimana kitanya aja.
Apakah kita mau berjalan menurut rencana-Nya atau kita mau bersikuku akan rencana kita sendiri?
Our choice will determine our future.


So pada intinya, yang mau gw sampaikan itu adalah, people come and go. 
Karena Tuhan punya rencana yang berbeda-beda buat kita. 
Ga usah merasa kehilangan atau berat kalo kita mau for good atau ada temen kita for good. 
Kita harus percaya juga bahwa mereka / kita udah one step forward towards His plan. 
Kita harus senang karena mereka / kita akan semakin dekat sama rencangan-Nya which is yang terbaik buat kita semua. 


God says, “I have carried you since you were born; I have taken care of you from your birth.  Even when you are old, I will be the same.  Even when your hair has turned gray, I will take care of you.  I made you and will take care of you.” Isaiah 46:3-4 (NCV)


Disini udah jelas terulis, bahwa Tuhan akan take care kita sampe rambut kita memutih sekali pun. 
He made us and He will take care of us. 
Gimanapun masa depan kita, next step kita. 
Serahin semua ke Tuhan, dan percaya bahwa rancanganya adalah yang terbaik buat kita.

Time passes so fast, December is here!! Last month of 2011 is here.

I won't post much this month, I have a lot things to settle up. 

It will be such a productive month!!

Even though I won't really active in this blog, no worries.

I'm currently developing my own website now (FINALLY), which will go online next year.

Actually it's my portfolio website, together with my art.talking.blog, 

and of course I will link this blog there.
